TOP 10 HORROR MOVIES IN NETFLIX THAT ARE TOO SCARY TO WATCH..!!!!

Oh, so you want to be scared?

Well, you’ve come to the right place. Netflix has terrifying titles, most likely to freak you out. Ranked from least most extreme, list of the best horror movies on Netflix India that will make your blood run cold!

1. Us (2019):

GENRE: Mystery & Thriller, Horror.

PLOT: A family goes to the beach for the summer holidays and gets robbed by some peculiar-looking people. One of the best horror movies of the last decade, Us, is creepy and unpredictable. The storyline was super unique, compelling, and me on the edge of my seat inside and out. There wasn’t a dull moment, kudos to the director Jordan Peele for delivering yet another impressive film and one of the Best Horror Movies on Netflix India.

2. TITLE: BIRD BOX (2018)

GENRE: Horror, Adventure, Sci-Fi, Mystery & Thriller

PLOT: When a mysterious force decimates the population, only one thing is certain -- if you see it, you die. The survivors must now avoid coming face to face with an entity that takes the form of their worst fears. Searching for hope and a new beginning, a woman and her children embark on a dangerous journey through the woods and down a river to find the one place that may offer sanctuary. To make it, they'll have to cover their eyes from the evil that chases them -- and complete the trip blindfolded.

3. HIS HOUSE (2020)
GENRE: Mystery & Thriller, Horror

PLOT:  A refugee couple makes a harrowing escape from war-torn South Sudan, but then they struggle to adjust to their new life in an English town that has an evil lurking beneath the surface. His House is too sophisticated to be a simple (but heartfelt) lament about the trauma and bigotry that refugees face. Instead, Weekes has crafted a horror movie about being preyed upon — but also one about the lengths individuals will go to in order to change their fortune. This ghost story is sufficiently frightening, but it’s more accurate to say that His House leaves the viewer unnerved — because of the living, not the dead.

4. CREEP 1 (2014)

Genre: Horror, Comedy

PLOT: Aaron answers an online ad and drives to a stranger's house to film him for the day. The man wants to make a movie for his unborn child, but his requests become more bizarre as the day goes along.

5.  1922 (2017)

Genre: Horror

PLOT: A rancher conspires to murder his wife for financial gain and convinces his teenage son to participate.

    6. THE CONJURING 1 (2013):

Genre: Mystery & Thriller, Horror

PLOT: In 1970, paranormal investigators and demonologists Lorraine (Vera Farmiga) and Ed (Patrick Wilson) Warren are summoned to the home of Carolyn (Lili Taylor) and Roger (Ron Livingston) Perron. The Perrons and their five daughters have recently moved into a secluded farmhouse, where a supernatural presence has made itself known. Though the manifestations are relatively benign at first, events soon escalate in horrifying fashion, especially after the Warrens discover the house's macabre history.

THE CONJURING 2 (2016):

GENRE: R (Terror and Horror Violence)

PLOT: In 1977, paranormal investigators Ed (Patrick Wilson) and Lorraine Warren come out of a self-imposed sabbatical to travel to Enfield, a borough in north London. There, they meet Peggy Hodgson, an overwhelmed single mother of four who tells the couple that something evil is in her home. Ed and Lorraine believe her story when the youngest daughter starts to show signs of demonic possession. As the Warrens try to help the besieged girl, they become the next targets of the malicious spirit.

7. THE RING (2002):

Genre: Mystery & Thriller, Horror

PLOT: It sounds like just another urban legend -- a videotape filled with nightmarish images leads to a phone call foretelling the viewer's death in exactly seven days. Newspaper reporter Rachel Keller (Naomi Watts) is skeptical of the story until four teenagers all die mysteriously exactly one week after watching just such a tape.

Allowing her investigative curiosity to get the better of her, Rachel tracks down the video and watches it. Now she has just seven days to unravel the mystery.

8. VERONICA (2017):

GENRE: Mystery & Thriller, Horror

PLOT: Purported to be based on an actual police report, this early 1990s-set shocker sees a Madrid teenager and her younger siblings terrorized by a malevolent spirit in their apartment – and throws creepy blind nuns, gnarly Spanish alt-rock, and coming-of-age tropes into the mix as well. Think ouija boards, disembodied whispers, and half-glimpsed demonic entities rather than gallons of gore, but once the final reel is over you’ll know you’ve watched not only one of the best foreign-language horror films on Netflix, but one of the finest foreign language films full stop.

9.     9. POSSESSION (2012):

GENRE: supernatural horror film

PLOT: Possession is a great movie to watch if you love special effects and stories involving, well, possessions. After a young girl discovers a box, she opens herself up to demonic possession. As she grows more obsessed with the box itself, her family and friends notice that she’s not the same person she once was. While most films centered around demonic possessions tend to be somewhat predictable, this one tries to bring a new take, making it worth watching

    10. Annabelle (2014):

GENRE: Mystery, Thriller, Horror, Supernatural.

PLOT: John Form (Ward Horton) thinks he's found the perfect gift for his expectant wife, Mia (Annabelle Wallis): a vintage doll in a beautiful white dress. However, the couple's delight doesn't last long: One terrible night, devil worshippers invade their home and launch a violent attack against the couple. When the cultists try to summon a demon, they smear a bloody rune on the nursery wall and drip blood on Mia's doll, thereby turning the former object of beauty into a conduit for ultimate evil.
